Common Goods for the Common Good

AIDGLOBAL participates in Seminar on Common Goods


On July 12th, the Seminar “Taking Care of the Common Goods for the Common Good political challengers and educational experiences to the Environment and Development” will take place at ISEG (Auditorium CGD) in Lisbon. This event marks the closure of the Ca(u)sa Comum (Common Cause) project, promoted by FGS: Gonçalo da Silveira Foundation, the Casa Velha Association, and supported by AIDGLOBAL, which acted as a member of an informal network of Civil Society Organizations in the Environmental and Development fields. 

The seminar aims to promote knowledge of and reflection on the Common Goods, reinforce collaborative work and the involvement of different entities and discuss the role Education has in the Common Good. 

Riccardo Petrella will be participating in this event. He is an economist, political scientist, and founder of the Common Good University. He will share his thoughts and experience in this field.
