50 teachers from schools involved in the project ‘School Library Network in the District of Chibuto, Mozambique’ will participate.
Between 15 and 19 August, a training course on ‘Reading Animation and Promotion in School Libraries’ will be held in the city of Chibuto, Gaza province, Mozambique, to raise awareness of this topic among 50 Portuguese teachers.
The training will be led by trainer Tânia Silva, who will train the 50 Portuguese teachers from the schools participating in the project ‘School Library Network in the District of Chibuto’ in areas such as reading, writing, oral narration and dramatisation of stories.
The ‘School Library Network in the District of Chibuto’ project is co-financed by the Portuguese Institute for Development Support (IPAD), the School Library Network of the Portuguese Ministry of Education and the ‘Ambassadors of Reading’ campaign.
