CONTRIBUTE to the Emergency Fund to help flood victims in Mozambique!

Mozambique is going through a difficult situation due to the floods caused by the heavy rains that have been felt throughout the country in recent weeks. Don't remain indifferent!
AIDGLOBAL has opened an emergency helpline to provide basic necessities to families affected by the floods in the low-lying areas of the Chibuto District in Gaza Province, Mozambique.

According to information from the Mozambican government, since last Wednesday, the floods in the Limpopo valley in the south have caused more than 40 deaths, and in Gaza Province alone, AIDGLOBAL's area of intervention, around 108,000 people have been affected. In order to help the families affected by the storm, our organization is launching an appeal to its supporters and sympathizers to urgently contribute to an Emergency Fund set up for this purpose, 100% of which will be used to buy food, clothing and medicines directly on the spot. Through this fund, our collaborator on the ground, Castigo Tchume, will make these basic necessities available to the people in need in the low-lying areas of the Chibuto District, who come to the AIDGLOBAL Delegation for help. This relief operation will help to alleviate the consequences of the floods for people like Mr. Arlindo, a guard at the AIDGLOBAL office in Chibuto, who lost his house on the banks of the Limpopo River.and all his belongings. You can contribute to the Emergency Fund by calling the Solidarity Line 760 456 028 (cost €0.74/VAT included) or by making a donation via EasyPay (indicate in the “More Information” field: Floods in Chibuto).
