It was the always helpful sister Mónica from the little school in Chimundo who was kind enough to contact me to let me know that AIDGLOBAL needed a cleaning assistant. That same day, I contacted the organization to inform them that I would be available to fill the vacancy that was left to fill. Today, I can say that I made a good decision.

It was great to seize this opportunity, because working at AIDGLOBAL makes me feel good, helping children in their development and being able to see them grow makes me feel really useful.

What do I like to do the most? Whenever I can, to go to the Hospital Rural do Chibuto, read the stories for the children in the company of my colleague Castigo Tchume. In this way, in addition to giving my contribution to the mission of AIDGLOBAL, I become more aware of the organization and the real needs in my community.
