They say we should return to the places where we were once happy — and so I did. Coming back to the Governing Bodies of AIDGLOBAL, once again as Vice-President of the Board, feels like a reunion with a cause that is deeply dear to me and with a team I deeply admire.
Over these years, I have closely followed the growth of this NGO and the way its projects touch real lives — especially those of children, whom AIDGLOBAL seeks to equip, from an early age, with the tools of education and citizenship. It is this conviction — that Education is the foundation of Development — that brings me back, with renewed energy and a genuine desire to contribute.
In my free time, I enjoy walking, reading and dancing — though I must confess that none of it compares to a good afternoon spent around the table with friends, of whom I have many!
We are in this together, and it is always better that way.
