Aimed at community members and District Service technicians, various topics were addressed, including Psychosocial Support, Profile and Responsibilities of the Educator; Children, Children with Educational Needs, Project Cycle, Project Implementation and Monitoring, Book and Reading, and Community Activities, among others. In addition to the AIDGLOBAL team, consisting of Castigo Tchume (Delegation Manager), Rita Lopes (Project Manager) and Bru Junça (Childhood Educator and Storyteller), the training was attended by District Health, Women and Social Action - Rodrigues Paulo Matusse and Tristan Nuvunga, who shared their experience as a technician with visual impairment. But here, I was not afraid to speak. ” Like the Nathu, who summed up the empowerment with the phrase,“ Reading helps us understand the world and our lives and relate them. ”

At the end of the training, the 5 Community Educators will be selected to join the AIDGLOBAL team, fully supporting activities with Educators in Motion, supporting project management and promoting awareness-raising activities with selected communities during the term of the project.
