The Crowdfunding Campaign launched by AIDGLOBAL, which has been promoting projects and initiatives for Quality Education (SDG 4) in Mozambique since it was founded in 2005, starts today until March 11th.
It highlights the investment that has been made in creating equipment, developing teaching resources and training human resources to ensure quality education for early childhood - pre-school children (aged 3 to 5) - in the Chibuto district of Mozambique.
The Crowdfunding campaign will contribute to greater access to basic resources for the integral development of children, namely Education, Hygiene and Food.
The amount that AIDGLOBAL wants to raise with the campaign -
3,500,000 Euros - by April 30th, includes not only the cost of building
3 latrines (
600 Euros each) and
4 kitchens (
150 Euros each), but also the cost of
labor and equipment, which amounts to
1,100 Euros.
What do we want? To generate a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the children who attend the five community schools in the Chibuto district - Bairro 25 de Junho, Chaimite, Chiconelane, Maivene and Malehice - by helping to cover the costs of the above-mentioned infrastructures.
