Three online training on different themes for teachers and educators will occur between May 9th and 31st. The initiative is part of the European project "Beyond COVID-19: The new era of teaching. Digital learning for social inclusion", which aims to empower teachers with tools and skills to facilitate their participation and involvement with young people and simultaneously raise their awareness of specific current topics.
The topics to be addressed in the training focus on Climate Change, Hate Speech, Equality between Women and Men and Mentoring, with each training action lasting 6 hours. These training hours are held at the pace of each teacher, on the days when the Platform is open, that is, on the days when the course is being promoted.
At a time when these issues are part of the media agenda, AIDGLOBAL believes that it is extremely important to empower teachers with the necessary skills to promote debate, alerting young students to the impact of the themes.
Once the ACD is completed, a certificate authenticated by the Infante D. Pedro Training Center, the entity responsible for the recognition of Short Duration Actions, will be issued.
Registrations are open. If you are a teacher or educator do not miss this opportunity. Sign up here. https://forms.gle/qqDLppNCaTzbWnHL7
