Madrid was the meeting place for the "(e)mission (im)possible" partner organizations

The second kick-off meeting of the European project "(e)mission (im)possible" was held between the 16th and 17th of May, in Madrid, in which the representatives of the partner entities took part. The aim was to develop the structure and visual identity of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), a certified online course, available in 5 languages: English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

The MOOC, composed of 6 hours of video lectures, is aimed at training current and future professionals in the Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid sector. It addresses the main issues of Climate Action, in its scientific, environmental, political, economic and human dimensions. Understanding how International Aid organizations can reduce their carbon footprint in order to prepare proposals aimed at mitigating its effects is also an objective of this training.

The meeting also discussed the communication strategies designed for the joint activities and established new deadlines.

The meeting was an important milestone for the cohesion of the working group, revealing itself as a space for sharing professional experiences, fruit of the long journey of each partner organization.

The "(e)mission (im)possible" project is a European project co-financed by the Erasmus + Programme of the European Union, with A Sud - Ecologia e Cooperazione ONLUS as promoter entity and AIDGLOBAL, Iroko - Desarrollo Forestal Sostenible, Bosque Y Comunidad, Fundazione Ecossistemi, Universidad de Cádiz and Un Ponte Per as partners.
