At the initiative of AIDGLOBAL, and in the context of the project, between July 31 and August 11, the monitoring of the operation and teaching-learning process took place in the five Little Community Schools involved in the project — Malehice, Chiconelane, Chaimite, Maivene and Bairro 25 de Junho, in the district of Chibuto, Gaza, Mozambique.

Stimulated by the volunteer consultant of AIDGLOBAL, Paula Silva, in each of the five visits, supervision was carried out, in line with the respective Animators/ "Educators on the Move" and the children who attend them as well as with the manager of the Delegation of Mozambique, Punishment Tchume, with the Assistant Education Technician Ledieta Bombe, with the Technician of the Jéssica Sitoe Project and with the Assistant of the Minercia Massuco Project.

The monitoring focused on the observation of the daily routine, the implementation of daily planning, the management and dynamics of groups and the use of existing resources, including Bibliotchova, in organized and/or free dynamics (e.g. recreation). The observers and collaborators also followed the monitoring meetings, which are held after the teaching activities, in which the observed practices are reflected and the following week's tasks are planned and prepared. Support was given to the Animators/ “Educators in Movement” in the construction of new resources and materials, some of which will enrich the Libraries of each of the Little Schools.

On the occasion of this visit to Mozambique, Paula Silva, will be from August 14 to 18, organizing a training and skills strengthening meeting that will bring together 20 Animators/ "Educators on the Move" of the 5 Little Community Schools created under the project, which will be joined by other Educators from private and Little Community Schools in the District of Chibuto.
